The gentleman who came to provide the estimate was very professional. He assured me that the company would be able to 100% guarantee the repair and that if the problem reoccurred at any time after the repair it would be covered under the original contract. Based on those assurances I do plan to sign a contract with Dream Works shortly.

The job was professionally done. They came back twice because the first time did not work well.
Alex is a great person to work with. The most striking thing was he was more worried about job being done correctly and to my satisfaction rather than getting the payment as others.

DreamWorks gave me their estimate within 24 hours, whereas others wanted me to wait 3 days or even a week before providing an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable and their work was done quickly and, so far as I can tell, flawlessly. They far exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended them to my neighbor.

I highly recommend DreamWorks! The staff is very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The estimate was extremely competitive, and the work was completed quickly and neatly. They even went around the whole yard with a metal detector as part of the cleanup process. Thank you so much for a job WELL DONE!

I do not wish to reschedule an estimate appointment. I specifically said I could not be there before 2 p.m -- was home by 1:45 -- and you came and left minutes before that. I stayed home and waited and no one came.

The job was done within the 2 week window of when Alex first came. The clean up was flawless. You would have no idea that they redid a small portion of the roof.
The only complaints that I have are: I) asked for 24 hours notice. They showed up at 8:00 AM on a Sunday morning, disturbing the entire household including a sleeping baby. 2) The crew did not speak English well, not did they understand what I was asking. I inquired as to what caused the leak. I am not sure I understood his response. Other than that, the work, thus far, has proven to be of quality. No leaks since the end of November (2014).

I've hired what seems like a million home improvement contractors over the years -- with mixed results Most recently, I hired Dreamworks for roof repair, interior painting and new window installation. In each case, Dreamworks' quote was extremely competitive, the quality of the workmanship was top-notch, and the Dreamworks guys cleaned-up like it was their home. I have no reason to use anyone else.

Someone just called me representing your company from the following number: 717-208-8683, wanting to meet me tomorrow for 20 minutes, when I stated I already have a new roof, he hung up on me. This type of interaction would definitely not make me want to call for future projects. I work in customer service for a living and this does not impress me at all. You may want to speak to your representatives/contractors regarding their customer service skills. Thank you, have a great day!
